NO PURCHASE NECESSARY:
No purchase is necessary to submit your entry into the monthly drawing. A purchase will not increase an entrant's chance of winning. All completed quizzes must be received by Western Digital by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on the last day of a calendar month to be eligible for such month's drawing.

ELIGIBILITY:
The monthly drawings are open to individuals, ages 18 and over, who are currently employed in a sales capacity with a Western Digital authorized reseller in the Pan American, EMEA, and/or APAC regions. Employees of Western Digital Technologies, Inc., its subsidiaries, advertising and production agencies, and other companies directly involved in the operation of the drawings or the selection of the winners (including their immediate families and household members) are not eligible. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted. An entrant may not participate in a drawing if doing so is prohibited by any applicable law. By completing a quiz and submitting your entry for participation in a monthly drawing, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Western Digital and/or its agents. Your odds of winning a drawing and receiving a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received every month.

PRIZE:
One monthly prize winner from each of the three regions identified above (each, a "Winner") will be selected in a random drawing from completed and correctly answered quizzes submitted during such month. Each eligible participant will receive a maximum of one (1) entry into the drawing per correctly answered quiz that is timely received by Western Digital (as provided above). Only individuals who register with a valid street address are eligible to participate in the drawings.

Each Winner is responsible for all federal, state, provincial, local or other applicable taxes associated with such Winner's acceptance and/or use of the prize(s). Prizes are not transferable and there is no cash alternative. No substitution of prizes is permitted, except as otherwise determined by Western Digital in its sole and absolute discretion.

PRIZE REDEMPTION:
All drawings will be conducted by Western Digital and all Winners will be selected by Western Digital in its sole and absolute discretion. All decisions by Western Digital are final and are not subject to review. Western Digital will notify each Winner via e-mail or telephone (as determined by Western Digital), and each Winner's receipt of a prize will be subject to Western Digital's verification of the Winner's eligibility and mailing address. If a Winner cannot be contacted via email or telephone, or if Western Digital is unable to confirm his/her eligibility and mailing address within 72 hours of notification, an alternate Winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries and the original Winner shall forfeit and waive all of his/her rights to any prize. Any prize notification or prize returned as undeliverable will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Winner and the original Winner shall waive all of his/her rights to such prize. Prizes will be mailed to the mailing address provided by the Winner.

LIABILITY:
Western Digital reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend part or all of the drawings should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Western Digital corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the drawings. Western Digital and its promotion and advertising agencies, and all respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents of each, are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost, interrupted or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Western Digital, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user's system or limit a participant's ability to participate in the drawings. Western Digital hereby disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, relating to the drawings and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release Western Digital from all liabilities associated therewith. Western Digital reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that Western Digital reasonably believes to have tampered with the entry process or with the operation of the drawings, or who is found to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
